Papers

Technical Sessions (Oral Presentations)

  • Duration of Presentation:

    • Full papers: 15 minutes

    • Short papers: 8 minutes

  • Presentation Language: English

    • Presenters are encouraged to present in English. However, if they encounter difficulties, they may choose to present in Portuguese or Spanish.

  • Q&A: Questions will be answered at the end of each session.

Posters

Poster Presentations

  • Poster Session: Accepted abstracts will be presented in a poster session.
  • Sessions: Posters with odd numbering (P01, P03, P05, etc.) will be presented on Monday (Poster Session Alpha), while posters with even numbering (P02, P04, P06, etc.) will be presented on Tuesday (Poster Session Beta).
  • Poster Display: Please, hang your poster at the designated spot in the morning of your presentation day. 
  • Poster Size: Posters should be A1 size (594mm x 841mm), in portrait orientation.
  • Presentation Language: Posters must be prepared in English. During the session, presenters are encouraged to communicate in English, Portuguese, or Spanish according to the audience.
  • Session Duration: Presenters should be available during the entire poster session to interact with attendees and answer questions.
  • Poster Format: Authors are welcome to use the suggested template linked below.
